17th Joint European Thermodynamics Conference (JETC 2025)
May 26, 2025 - May 30, 2025 , Belgrade, Serbia

The aim of the JETC 2025 is to improve the interaction and pull together the various areas and theoretical branches of equilibrium and non-equilibrium thermodynamics, including QT. Following 35 years of rich scientific history, the conference program supports all thermodynamics-related topics. The "Prigogine Prize for Thermodynamics" award ceremony will be held during this conference. The deadline to submit abstracts and applications for the Prize is February 1, 2025.

Quantum Carnot
Nov. 25, 2024 - Nov. 27, 2024 , Dijon, France (and online as well)

This workshop aims to gather ”regional” (France and neighbours) reseachers working on quantum thermodynamics and open quantum systems. This is also the occasion to celebrate the 200 years of the publication of the famous book ”Reflections on the motive power of fire” of Sadi Carnot, which gave birth to Thermodynamics (remembering that Dijon and its region (Burgundy) is the home town of the Carnot family, where the workshop will take place).
